Message from the Principal
December 1, 2025
Dear Wildcat Families,
November provided us with several opportunities to show our appreciation and gratitude for one another. All our students presented a heartfelt performance to our local veterans. The students sang with pride, thanking our veterans for their service and sacrifices. A group of five students also presented to the LPOSD School Board of Trustees on November 11th, Veterans Day. They spoke of the importance of Veterans Day and how Hope Elementary School takes great ownership in demonstrating gratitude for the veterans in our community. Before Thanksgiving break, we hosted our Parent Teacher Conferences. I’m ecstatic to share that 99% of our students' families participated in the conferences. Working diligently and closely as a team for our students and your children is where the magic happens! Truly, I’m so blessed to be part of this incredible community.
As we head into the winter season we express our joy and excitement for the season through two special events for our Hope School community.
Walk on the Wildside -Outdoor Education Family Learning - Dec. 4th
Our family engagement night will be fun filled with learning about our environment and how we connect with it and each other. Dinner and learning incentives are provided throughout the evening.
Holiday Music Program - Kindergarten through Third Grade - Dec. 17th
Our fabulous music teacher, Mr. Richins and the kindergarten, first grade, second grade and third grade students have been preparing a holiday music program that promises to delight one and all.

See Tell Now
Hope School and all our district’s schools will use the See Tell Now alert system to report any kind of anonymous tip regarding safety, harassment, bullying, etc. This can be accessed at: https://seetellnow.org/ or by calling 888-593-2835
School Meal Program
It is very important for our families to fill out a free/reduced meal form either online or via a paper form that will be sent home the first day of school. This program could possibly help offset your cost for eating meals at school, and also help provide funding to our school for important programs such as reading and math support.
